Who this is for
NRG Sense helps Charleston homeowners figure out — honestly — whether a home battery (and later, solar) is worth it on their Dominion bill. The ones who decide to move forward need a trustworthy local electrician to install it. If you're a licensed, insured contractor who does residential battery and smart-panel work and treats customers straight, we'd like to talk.
How it works
- 1.A homeowner decides. They run their bill through our analyzer, see honest numbers, choose a system, and request a consult. They buy their own hardware.
- 2.We hand them to you, warm. You get their details and a summary of what they analyzed. They’re expecting a local electrician to reach out within 48 hours.
- 3.You quote and install; you pay only on a close. You handle the electrical work, permits, and warranty as the licensed pro. No cost to start, no subscription — a 10% referral fee on the install, only after the job is done and the homeowner has paid you.
What we look for
We keep the roster small on purpose — the homeowner's experience with you reflects on us. To be considered, you'll need to be a licensed, insured electrical contractor with real experience installing home battery / smart-panel systems, and a track record of treating customers honestly. We verify license, insurance, and references before sending a single lead, and we don't take everyone.
A heads-up: submitting this form is an application, not acceptance. We review every one and only bring on installers we'd be comfortable sending our own neighbors to. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you straight.
